Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin lead a rescue team deep into a heavily guarded Separatist prison in an effort to rescue a captive Jedi, but they get trapped by droids and are introduced to the ruthless warden dedicated to preventing anyone's escape.

19: Counter Attack - Aired: 2011-03-04

With freed prisoners in their possession and the brutal warden attempting desperately to thwart them, Obi-Wan and Anakin search for a way out of the Citadel and back to Coruscant. The prison, however, has more traps, perils and pitfalls in store for them than they had imagined and they must work past their differences if they are to escape. Their bid to board their shuttle fails when heavy weapons fire destroys the escape craft. Trooper Echo dies in the blast. The escapees then flee to the caves and call for rescue from the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.

20: Citadel Rescue - Aired: 2011-03-11

After their ship and only way off the planet is destroyed, Anakin and Obi-Wan must lead the escaped prisoners across Lola Sayu's perilous landscape as Plo Koon commands a task force of four cruisers and their fighters through the Separatist defenses in a daring rescue. Even Piell is ravaged by anooba tracking beasts, but before he dies, he passes on his Nexus Routes coordinates to Ahsoka. When the survivors return to Coruscant, Ahsoka knows half the intel, and refuses to disclose it to anyone but the Jedi Council, while Tarkin refuses to hand over his half to anyone other than the Chancellor.

Ahsoka finds herself trapped on a Trandoshan moon, prey in an elaborate and cruel hunt.

As Ashoka and her allies struggle to evade the Trandoshan hunters, their efforts receive an unexpected boost when a new captive, Chewbacca the Wookiee, arrives.

1: Water War - Aired: 2011-09-16

When the king of Mon Cala is assassinated, talks break down between the Mon Calamari people and the Quarren, co-inhabitants of the aquatic world. To stop a civil war, the Republic sends Padmé Amidala and Anakin Skywalker, but unbeknownst to them, the Quarren are already being backed by the Separatists. Now the Jedi must protect Mon Cala's new leader, the young Prince Lee-Char, from the attack.

2: Gungan Attack - Aired: 2011-09-16

Anakin Skywalker and the rest of his Jedi team have been overrun by the Separatist surprise attacks led by Riff Tamson while Prince Lee-Char and Ahsoka must evade capture on their own. Unable to summon more Republic aid, Yoda calls upon the help of the powerful and amphibious Gungan Grand Army, but whether they will be enough to stop the Separatist siege is uncertain. An incensed Tamson doubles his efforts in tracking down Prince Lee-Char, unleashing the reinforcements given to him by Count Dooku in an assault that churns the oceans.

3: Prisoners - Aired: 2011-09-23

The Republic and Gungan forces have been captured by Riff Tamson and his Karkarodon enforcers. Now, it is up to Ahsoka and the young Prince Lee-Char to unite the fractured people of Mon Cala and drive out the Separatist invaders.

While there, he learns that another prisoner, notorious bounty hunter Cad Bane, is also involved. Anakin seeks vengance over the death of his former master.

Having escaped from prison, Obi-Wan, Cad Bane, and Moralo Eval flee across the galaxy, pursued by Anakin and Ahsoka. Obi-Wan must devise a way to get the information about the kidnapping plot to his fellow Jedi without blowing his cover.

Moralo Eval brings Cad Bane and Obi-Wan Kenobi (disguised as Rako Hardeen) to Count Dooku's palace on Serenno. 1: Revival - Aired: 2012-09-29

Darth Maul and Savage Opress steal a fortune of republic credits, and bribe a squad of pirates to take down a pirate stronghold run by Hondo. They attack Hondo's stronghold but Obi-Wan, accompanied by Jedi Master Adi Gallia, intervene, and in the battle that follows Savage kills Adi. Hondo ambushes the squad of pirates and wins their loyalty back, while Obi-Wan fights Savage and Maul and injures Savage. The brothers flee to their ship under fire from Hondo and the pirates, but launch the escape pod mid flight as the ship is damaged. Obi-Wan returns to Coruscant, where the Chancellor informs him that the brothers are of no importance compared to the Separatists, and no further action should be taken against them.

2: A War on Two Fronts - Aired: 2012-10-06

On the Separatist world of Onderon, a group of rebels call for the assistance of the Jedi. Ahsoka, Anakin and Obi-Wan go to train the rebels to fight, and see that former Separatist / Death Watch terrorist Bonteri is among them.

3: Front Runners - Aired: 2012-10-13

Ahsoka Tano, now leading the rebels on Onderon, but forbidden to fight, puts their training to use by having them hi-jack an AAT and blow up the main power supply of the Battle Droids.

4: The Soft War - Aired: 2012-10-20

The former King of Onderon is kidnapped from the Rebels and is going to be executed by the Droid General and the current king of Onderon. With no help from the Republic, Ahsoka, Steela, and Lux Bonteri devise a plan to retrieve the King and Steela's brother from the Palace. The rescue succeeds after Ahsoka's intervention. Now knowing the Jedi's involvement, Dooku grows impatient with his underlings.

5: Tipping Points - Aired: 2012-10-27

The rebels on Onderon struggle to reclaim their home planet because a new Separatist droid general sent by Dooku turns out to be a better strategist than the current Onderonian King. After the Republic and the Jedi High Council refuse to give Ahsoka Tano and the rebels assistance Anakin Skywalker persuades Hondo Ohnaka, Crime Boss of Florrum to supply illegal rocket launchers to the rebels to combat the Separatist's new gunships. Meanwhile the King is killed by the droid general by Dooku's orders. The rebels seem to succeed until Steela; leader of the rebels, nearly falls off of a cliff, prompting Lux Bonteri to try and aid her but just ends up falling himself. So Ahsoka Tano has to rescue both, she rescues Bonteri and is about to rescue Steela when a downed Separatist Gunship fires a missile at her causing Ahsoka to drop Steela to her death. Even with Steela dead, the rebels succeed in taking back Onderon.

6: The Gathering - Aired: 2012-11-03

Ahsoka and Yoda take a group of younglings to a cave on Ilum to perform a Jedi rite of passage called "The Gathering", where they will each have to face an internal fear or flaw in order to retrieve a lightsaber crystal so they can begin building their own lightsabers.

7: A Test of Strength - Aired: 2012-11-10

While returning to Coruscant with their lightsaber crystals, the younglings are attacked by Hondo who wants to steal their crystals and sell them. Ahsoka must defend the younglings from the pirates.

8: Bound for Rescue - Aired: 2012-11-17

With Ahsoka captured by Hondo, the younglings go to Florrum to rescue her against the wishes of Obi-wan Kenobi. However before he can help the younglings, he is attacked by General Grievous.

9: A Necessary Bond - Aired: 2012-11-24

General Grievous attacks Hondo on Florrum, so Ahsoka and Hondo must make amends in order to survive this encounter.

10: Secret Weapons - Aired: 2012-12-01

R2-D2 is part of a team of Republic droids chosen for an important mission led by the diminutive Colonel Meebur Gascon to obtain an encryption module from a Separatist dreadnought. The droids must overcome numerous challenging obstacles to succeed in this crucial assignment.

11: A Sunny Day in the Void - Aired: 2012-12-08

After their ship crashes on a desolate planet, D-Squad & Colonel Gascon must find a way off to get back to Coruscant, or be stranded forever.

12: Missing in Action - Aired: 2013-01-05

Colonel Gascon and D-Squad discover that Abafar, the planet they are trapped on, is Separatist-controlled, but they also discover a Republic Clone Commando named Gregor, who has been stranded on the planet as well. They must work together to get off the planet safely.

13: Point of No Return - Aired: 2013-01-12

After believing themselves safe, Colonel Gascon and D-Squad discover that they are prisoners of the Separatists in a captured Republic cruiser, finding themselves enmeshed in thwarting a plot to destroy a Republic space station holding a strategic conference.

14: Eminence - Aired: 2013-01-19

Darth Maul and Savage Opress form an alliance with the Mandalorian terrorist group Death Watch and several crime syndicates, including Black Sun, the Pyke Syndicate, and the Hutt Cartel, in order to destroy all of their common enemies.

15: Shades of Reason - Aired: 2013-01-26

Maul's alliance helps the Death Watch and their leader, Pre Vizsla, conquer Mandalore and imprison Duchess Satine, but, when Vizsla's ambitions surface, how long will the alliance last?

16: The Lawless - Aired: 2013-02-02

Having assumed control over a majority of the Death Watch after killing Vizsla in a duel, Maul proceeds to lure Obi-Wan Kenobi to Mandalore with news of Satine's capture. Obi-Wan borrows Anakin's ship, The Twilight, in order to save his love. After stealing the armor of a Death Watch soldier, Obi-Wan uses his disguise to sneak into the jail. He and Satine manage to escape to his ship, however, they are soon pursued by Darth Maul and recaptured. Back in the throne room, Darth Maul proceeds to Force Choke Satine as he and Obi-Wan debate which side of the Force is more powerful. Darth Maul then stabs Satine with the Darksaber, and she dies in Obi-Wan's arms, proclaiming to him: "I always loved you, I always will." Obi-Wan then is escorted to the Mandalorian jail, however, on the way there he is rescued by Bo-Katan and her Death Watch faction. Meanwhile, the hostile takeover captures the attention of Darth Sidious, Maul's former master, who travels to Mandalore to take care of the rogue Sith brothers. At the same time, Bo-Katan and Obi-Wan fight their way through the brewing war, making it to a new ship for Obi-Wan to escape in. Obi-Wan then discovers that Bo-Katan is the sister of Duchess Satine, and expresses his condolences to her as he leaves the planet. In the Mandalorian Throne room, Sidious kills Savage and takes Maul prisoner, hinting that he has a sinister plan in mind.

17: Sabotage - Aired: 2013-02-09

After Ahsoka manages to rescue Anakin from certain peril on Cato Neimoidia, the two are called back to Coruscant from the front lines to investigate a terrorist bombing at the Jedi Temple.

18: The Jedi Who Knew Too Much - Aired: 2013-02-16

Ahsoka Tano is blamed for the murder of Letta Turmond, a key suspect in the bombing, and is detained by Admiral Tarkin. Despite Anakin's best efforts to exonerate her, she is forced to escape the military prison where she is interred and flee into the Coruscant underworld to find the actual perpetrator and prove her innocence.

19: To Catch a Jedi - Aired: 2013-02-23

While on the run in the underworld of Coruscant, pursued by Republic authorities, Ahsoka makes a deal with Asajj Ventress to find out who the actual murderer of Letta Turmond really is, leading the two to come to terms with each other in spite of their antagonistic pasts. However, will the real perpetrator's machinations cast such an alliance into doubt?

"THE TRUTH ABOUT YOURSELF IS THE HARDEST TO ACCEPT" Clone trooper Tup succumbs to a mysterious mental illness that results in the shocking death of a Jedi Master. Unable to account for his murderous actions, Tup is sedated and sent back to Kamino for examination. Meanwhile, Admiral Trench of the Separatists informs Count Dooku of the betrayal, and is convinced that the killing stems from something deeper. Anakin Skywalker and ARC Trooper Fives accompany Tup, but their return trip is ambushed by Separatists.

2: Conspiracy - Aired: 2014-03-07

"THE WISE BENEFIT FROM A SECOND OPINION" In the sterile laboratories of Kamino, the ailing clone trooper Tup and his friend ARC Trooper Fives are quarantined for examination following Tup's shocking murder of a Jedi Master. With the help of medical droid AZI-3, Fives is determined to get to the bottom of Tup's condition and uncovers a secret buried deep within the Republic's cloning program.

3: Fugitive - Aired: 2014-03-07

"WHEN IN DOUBT, GO TO THE SOURCE." The body of clone trooper Tup is scheduled for transport to Coruscant, where Chancellor Palpatine's own doctors will closely examine it. ARC Trooper Fives breaks protocol and defies orders to dig up answers, and discovers that there is an organic construct of unknown purpose hidden in the brains of all clone troopers.

4: Orders - Aired: 2014-03-07

"THE POPULAR BELIEF ISN'T ALWAYS THE CORRECT ONE." Fives continues to push for answers regarding the mystery of the clone contamination and secures an audience with Supreme Chancellor Palpatine. But the situation quickly collapses when Fives is accused of attacking the Chancellor, and he must flee deep into the Coruscant cityscape while pursued by fellow clone troopers.

5: An Old Friend - Aired: 2014-03-07

"TO LOVE IS TO TRUST. TO TRUST IS TO BELIEVE." While on Scipio to fund a mercy mission, Padmé Amidala is called upon by an old friend, Rush Clovis, to help uncover corruption in the Banking Clan. They must evade the bounty hunter Embo to escape the planet with the incriminating information.

10: The Lost One - Aired: 2014-03-07

"WHAT IS LOST IS OFTEN FOUND." A Jedi mission finds a lightsaber belonging to the long-dead Master Sifo-Dyas, prompting Yoda, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and Anakin Skywalker to begin an investigation into his decade-old disappearance. This sparks Darth Sidious to order Darth Tyranus to clean up any loose ends that may lead the Jedi to discover the truth of the Sith conspiracy.

11: Voices - Aired: 2014-03-07

"MADNESS CAN SOMETIMES BE THE PATH TO TRUTH." Yoda is deeply unsettled when he hears something from beyond the grave: the voice of Qui-Gon Jinn. Knowing that it is impossible for a Jedi to retain his identity after death, the Jedi Council begins to worry that Yoda may be corrupted by the influence of the dark side. Determined to find answers, Yoda escapes the Jedi Temple to follow the disembodied voice.
