Meanwhile, Felicity stuns Oliver with a bit of information about the Canary, Donner asks Laurel to dinner, and Diggle reconnects with an old friend.

Oliver puts Sara Lance up at the manor and soon discovers that she doesn't want to contact her family... both because she would put them in danger, and because she become a killer since the last time they saw her. Meanwhile, the League of Assassins send men to bring Sara back, alive or dead. And Oliver discovers that Laurel will be sitting second chair for his mother's trial.

The Count has a new scheme to turn Starling City's residents into clients by addicting them to a new drug and then selling them Vertigo to cure it. among those stricken are Diggle and DA Donner, who collapses in the middle of presenting his case against Moira.

8: The Scientist - Aired: 2013-12-04

When a superhumanly strong thief robs a Queen Consolidated warehouse, Central City police scientist Barry Allen comes to Starling City to investigate the case. However, despite his close working relationship with Felicity, Oliver suspects that there's more to the young scientist than meets the eye. Meanwhile, Sin asks Roy to help investigate the disappearance of a friend. In the past, Oliver, Shado, and Sara try to get Slade to the submarine so they can use the serum to save his life.

9: Three Ghosts - Aired: 2013-12-11

After covering from a near-fatal drug overdose, Oliver begins hallucinating people from his past. Believing he's a liability, Oliver gives the information he has on Cyrus Gold to Quentin... which results in the deaths of several police officers. Meanwhile, Brother Blood captures Roy and uses him as a test subject for his new serum. In the past on the island, Ivo gives Oliver an impossible choice to make.

As Laurel continues to unravel, Oliver and Lance try to convince Sara to stay in Starling City and finally reunite with Laurel and Dinah. However, Sara’s fellow League of Assassins member, Nyssa, comes to bring Sara back to the fold, but when Sara refuses, Nyssa kidnaps Dinah. A master hacker dubbed Clock King coordinates a series of raids on banks in Starling City, and his skills prove a match for Felicity. Meanwhile, Laurel's grudge with Sara continues and on the island, a pilot crashes his plane there and Sara tends to the dying man.

15: The Promise - Aired: 2014-03-05

In the present, Slade visits Oliver and makes his intentions clear. Five years earlier, Slade, Sara, and Oliver launch their assault on the Amazo, but things go wrong when Slade learns that Oliver was responsible for Shado's death.

16: Suicide Squad - Aired: 2014-03-19

While Oliver deals with the pressure of Slade's threats against Oliver and his loved ones, Amanda Waller with A.R.G.U.S. recruits Diggle for a black ops mission. Diggle is happy to learn that he'll be working with his ex-wife Lyla... but not so thrilled that three convicts will be going on the mission with them.

17: Birds of Prey - Aired: 2014-03-26

The Huntress returns and takes hostages at the courthouse when her father is arrested. Laurel is among those taken, which prompts her sister, the Canary, to battle the Huntress in an epic confrontation. Meanwhile, Roy tries to keep Thea safe, but he doesn't like the way he is forced to do it.

Sara and Roy become prisoners at the Slade and the only one who is able to save them is Oliver Queen.

A mysterious archer known as Komodo appears in town and begins skewering businessmen. Meanwhile, Oliver worries about Thea, which forces Roy to tell him the truth about why she left town; and Ray Palmer pursues Felicity. In a flashback, Oliver is assigned his first kill and the target is his best friend, Tommy.

3: Corto Maltese - Aired: 2014-10-22

Oliver tries to track down Thea in Corto Maltese as Diggle searches for a missing field operative. Meanwhile, Felicity adapts to her new job.

Nyssa believes that Malcolm killed Sara and goes after him to avenger her lover's murder. 2: The Candidate - Aired: 2015-10-14

Oliver and Thea are concerned when a family friend plans to run for mayor. Thea starts to exhibit side effects from the Lazarus Pit. Felicity asks an employee for help with a business decision.

3: Restoration - Aired: 2015-10-21

The growing tension between Oliver and Diggle puts both their lives at risk when they go after Damien Darhk and a H.I.V.E. deployed meta-human. Meanwhile, Laurel talks Thea into returning to Nanda Parbat to ask her father to put Sara into the Lazarus Pit. However, Laurel is surprised when Nyssa refuses to do it.

When the bodies of two criminals are dropped at SCPD, Oliver realizes there is a new Vigilante in Star City. The team is split about whether they should stop someone who is helping keep the city safe. Diggle is frustrated with his new situation and Thea fights for Lance who confesses a shocking secret. Meanwhile, in the flashbacks, Oliver finally sits down with Konstantin Kovar.

8: Invasion! (III) - Aired: 2016-11-30

Oliver wakes up to a life where he never got on The Queen’s Gambit. Robert and Moira Queen are alive and well. Laurel is his loving fiancée and their wedding is imminent. Everything seems perfect, but Oliver starts to notice small imperfections that make him question this new reality. Meanwhile, Felicity and the recruits take on a new threat with help from The Flash and Supergirl. The crossover starts on Supergirl S02E08 Medusa (I) and The Flash S03E08 Invasion! (II). After Prometheus attacks Curtis, Oliver realizes Prometheus knows all of Team Arrow’s secret identities and is planning to come for them one by one. Felicity and Detective Malone discover a clue that links Prometheus to Oliver’s past.

10: Who Are You? - Aired: 2017-01-25

Worried that Prometheus is right and he is truly a killer at heart, Oliver looks for any ray of hope and finds it in what seems to be the miraculous return of Laurel Lance. However Felicity, still reeling from Detective Malone's murder, is bent on revenge - she wants to stop Prometheus at any cost. While in prison, Diggle fights for his life.

11: Second Chances - Aired: 2017-02-01

During the S.T.A.R. Labs incident, CCPD undercover officer Tina Boland develops a sonic scream after watching her partner die at the hands of drug dealer Sean Sonus. In the present day, Adrian tells Oliver that the NSA had been investigating Walker, but its file has disappeared. While Felicity tries to locate it, Oliver takes Rene and Curtis to Hub City to recruit Tina. She initially refuses to join, but the team intercepts her attacking Sonus, who is also a metahuman with sonic powers. Sonus escapes, and Oliver reveals his identity to convince Tina to let him help her. Oliver's team helps her defeat the dealers during a shipment, but Oliver fails to dissuade her from killing Sonus. Meanwhile, Felicity meets with a hacktivist whom she inspired during her college days, who gives her the file against Walker along with a cache of other secret information. With the file, Adrian manages to get John released. Tina meets Oliver and agrees to join the team, revealing that her real name is Dinah Drake. In flashbacks, Talia helps Oliver kill an important associate of Kovar's. She also urges Oliver to become the avenger his father wanted him to be for Starling City.

12: Bratva - Aired: 2017-02-08

In flashbacks, Oliver and Talia kill an illegal drug merchant from Robert Queen's list. Talia again presses Oliver to return home, but he chooses instead to help Anatoli kill Gregor. In the present, the team learns that Walker is in Russia for a deal with Markovian terrorists. Oliver takes everyone except Rene, who is tasked to help Quentin with his interview with Susan. Anatoli refuses to help Oliver unless he does something criminal in return, which Oliver initially refuses. After Felicity blackmails a Russian analyst, the team manages to capture Walker's henchman, whom John tortures, but to no avail. In order to prevent John and Felicity from acting against their own morals, Oliver accepts Anatoli's terms and attacks a rival with Dinah's assistance. Team Arrow and the Bratva intercept Walker's deal; and John decides to spare Walker, who is arrested by the Military Police, while Rory uses his rags to contain the nuclear blast. Upon returning, Oliver sleeps with Susan, who later stealthily finds out his alter-ego after learning about a similar hooded vigilante in Russia five years prior through her source. Rory tells Felicity that his rags do not function anymore, and he needs to leave temporarily. Meanwhile, with Rene's help, Quentin's interview is successful.

13: Spectre of the Gun - Aired: 2017-02-15

16 months ago, Rene watched his wife, an addict, being killed by a dealer in front of the former's daughter, Zoe, who was transferred to foster care; and Rene was prohibited from meeting her. He was inspired by the Green Arrow killing Darhk and saving Star City, deciding to start his vigilantism. In the present, an armed man attacks the city hall and kills and wounds several staff members. Felicity identifies the shooter as James Edlund, a former clerk and a gun control proponent who lost his family in a shootout months ago. Thea and Quentin encourage Oliver to deal with the situation as the mayor, not the vigilante. The latter decides to work with the city council for a gun control act. Rene and Curtis locate Edlund's hideout and find his next target, where Oliver confronts Edlund as the mayor and dissuades him from killing anyone, convincing him to surrender. Oliver reaches to an agreement with the council over the act. Curtis promises Rene to help him get to Zoe legally. Meanwhile, John convinces Dinah to return to normal life. She enlists in SCPD.

14: The Sin-Eater - Aired: 2017-02-22

China White, Cupid and Liza Warner break out of Iron Heights and head to Star City for revenge. Oliver tries to bring in the newly formed girl gang but the ACU intervenes mid-fight. To his surprise, they are there to arrest the Green Arrow for the murder of Det. Malone. Meanwhile, Lance feels responsible for the prison break after Warner tells him she heard about him working with Damien Darhk.

When Vigilante attacks Oliver while he's acting as mayor, Diggle leads the team on a mission to stop Vigilante for good.
